Energy Innovation: Fully Funded EPSRC DTP and Salts Healthcare PhD Scholarship at Swansea for Phd Established in 1920, Swansea University is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the suburban setting of the large town of Swansea (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Wales. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Privy Council, Swansea University is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 15,000-19,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should hold a first or upper second class honours degree (or its equivalent) in chemistry, engineering, mathematics, or physics or a Master’s degree in a subject area related to the project.

Experience of conducting experimental laboratory work and/or surface/nanoparticles functionalization, characterization and coating techniques are strongly desirable.

**Due to funding restrictions, this scholarship is open to UK/EU candidates only (EU nationals are required to be ordinarily resident in the UK for at least three years prior to the start of the scholarship)**.

Offered Benefits

This scholarship covers the full cost of UK/EU tuition fees and an annual stipend of £20,000.
